there are many many “greats” about seattle. one being the incredible coffee, and another – the natural beauty & greenery. on a blustery sunday morning, when it was both sunny & rainy at the same time it seemed, we enjoyed a time with the pendergasts – who are about as “seattle” as they come. 
this little beauty’s name is Diesel. i can’t even describe what a little ball of sweet, lively, spunky, energy she has/is. gavin was taken in a moment with her – she is soooo wonderful! and her name is Diesel – it doesn’t get much better than that. can’t wait to see her grow up and be gavin’s “seattle-cousin” through the years.
the best thing of seattle is the love from family & friends there. especially the silly tickles and giggles with grandma cee-cee.
gav was in love with grandma cee-cee’s fun car and all it’s stickers…
two of my closest college friends with their little boys, made gavin seem huge!!

josh has been one of johan’s best friends for many years – his energy is captivating & contagious. it was a beautiful day to celebrate josh and his beautiful bride, kimberly.
this is the little girl that sat in front of us at the ceremony. gavin & her had “staring” contests during the ceremony…

after a long day of traveling…
this picture of gavin’s pout makes me laugh, because it is so fake, and so not him. i wanted to take a picture of his space needle shirt in seattle, he acted so pouty about it – but a few tickles and the smiles flowed, gavin style.

after a couple weeks away, we’re back from our travels to the northwest & hawaii. i certainly didn’t take a break from taking photographs, especially in two such beautiful locations. downloading my hundreds of pictures now – many updates coming…
