i couldn’t decide which picture for my photo of the day to represent my thankfulness for amazing, sunny days that look like autumn and feel a little like spring.

about six months ago, through mostly laughter on a hot spring day – kim and i found this field and took maternity pictures of her beautiful belly. a beautiful baby boy joins their family now, and he couldn’t be more perfect. kim looked as radiant as ever, and her family also couldn’t be more adorable!!!

some pictures from last friday…
the november photo of the day was my friends’ idea, mainly to take a photo every day – to capture the many gifts in this life we have, the everyday beauties, the everyday blessings. today’s picture of the day is the blessing/beauty of good friendships. this is my friend annie – and her baby jude. annie has been a very close friend for almost 20 years. that is a true treasure. let me re-phrase that, SHE is a true treasure.

it may be in the 80′s & 90′s, but it is beautifully autumn in colors.
every other week, i go to my big mom’s group at church, (MOPs). i enjoy a doughnut, time with other moms, and encouraging words. this morning i helped out in the kids’ area and also finished my volunteered idea to not just take a “class” picture, but to take individual pictures of each child. i mean, when you see how beautiful these children are, how could you not take their picture! just a few of my favorites from this morning…
