at dinner tonight, gavin in his pj’s – i remembered. oh yeah – i was going to enjoy the day through photographs… a bit of a fail. i grabbed the camera and took about a dozen quick pictures. maybe friday will be a more “beautiful” day to photograph. some days in reality are just not...
every once in a while, i just take pictures all day and love the evenings sorting through them and picking out ones that grab me. sometimes i take 200 and only 10 make the blog and 0 ever get printed… but i love the experience of photographing a day. like here, or here… so tomorrow...
a beachy family on a gray day. loose teeth, soft hair on a free-spirited little girl… a little side note: this photo shoot was really interesting. the skies were seriously really really gray and dark. AND the sand was really sticky and allll over – so i never changed my lens or anything much....
last night, the fog was super thick. it made for some interesting and dreamy shots and i can’t wait to work through them for my friend hayes. i’ll put up a little series soon…
we’ve seen this little bundle close to every day for the three short months she has been here. looking through her pictures from a photoshoot we did (again on the kitchen table), i am amazed at how her personality of pure sweetness is shining so much these days.
